| Where: |
The tournament will be held at Riverbend Park in Lompoc, CA. No pets are allowed at the fields.
|
| Who: |
Club Teams & AYSO boy’s and girl’s teams in age divisions: 14U (11v11) 15 player max.; 12U (9v9) 12 player max.; and 10U (7v7)
10 player max. No exceptions. Guest players will be allowed (3 maximum per team) with the approval of regional commissioners and
Club Administrators.

| What: |
Each team will be guaranteed 3 games in divisions that allow it in pool play. The top teams will advance to the medal round on
Sunday afternoon. All medal round games will be as follows: (70min. for 14U, 60 min for 12U, and 50 min for 10U).

| Awards: |
All players and two coaches per team will receive a tournament pin. All players on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th place teams will receive
a trophy or medal.
|
| Entry Fee: |
$650 for 14U & 12U, and $600 for 10U. A full refund will be issued if tournament is canceled and cannot be rescheduled. If a team
withdraws 30 or more days before the tournament, a full refund is given. Within 30 days of the tournament, no refund will be given
unless a replacement team is found. Tournament profits will be used for All-Star season Expenses, field development, equipment,
and maintenance.

| Application : |
The application deadline is December 15th, 2025. All teams will be notified of their application acceptance within 72 Deadline hrs of
receipt of that application. Teams that are not accepted will receive a full refund unless they choose to be placed on a wait list.

| Mail: |
Please send ONE Region check that covers both the Entry and Referee fees, along with the tournament application, referee
information form, and team roster to the address listed below. Regional Commissioner must sign the application and team roster.
Appropriate Referee Administrator must sign Referee Information Form. See Referee Form for details. A check is the only way to
reserve a spot.
